PM Pack’s goal is to save you time and money so you can better serve your customers. So we’ve simplified the process so you can order with ease. After a few simple steps, you will have your packaged product.
The first step in the process is submitting a quote request. We’ll take the information you provide us with on the form to put together a free quote for your order. If the quote looks good to you and you want to move forward, we’ll proceed to step two.
The second step will be sending us the file for the design or logo you want printed onto your packaging. Designs in an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or encapsulated postscript (.eps) format are preferred, but if you don’t have versions of your design in that format, we can help you convert your files at no additional cost.
Don’t have a design yet? Our branding experts will work with you to create a design. We strive to deliver excellent service no matter the size of your budget. Design help is just one of the many ways we work to keep your costs low.
After receiving or creating your final artwork, we’ll then create a proof for you to review so that you can see what your final packaging would look like. If the proof looks good and you approve production, we’ll send over an invoice and begin production once the invoice is paid.
Once the invoice is paid, we’ll get to work immediately. Our production facilities will manufacture your packaging as quickly as possible. When the order is finished, we’ll then ship them to you in the way that is most convenient for you. We realize different facilities have varying amounts of storage space. If you don’t want all or your custom packaging delivered at once, we can store some of them for you until you need them.
